LEGAL DEFENSE

A legal defense fund has been established to protect members' jobs and fight for quality working conditions. The BPAA will enter into litigation on behalf of a member or the association.

SALARY NEGOTIATIONS

BPAA is the chief negotiator for all school-based administrators. Two separate committees work to assure each BPAA member a fair and equitable salary and benefits package.

POLITICAL ACTION

Our Political Action Committee interviews state legislative and school board candidates running for election. The PAC provides candidates with endorsements and campaign contributions.

Providing consultant services to our members to assist with any and all retirement issues. We are also investigating improved insurance liability coverage and other benefits to assist you in your professional capacity as an Administrator.
